Refund policy

At Gentle Tissue, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 12-day refund policy.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at Sales@gentle.com.pk with your order details and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is damaged or defective.
